Refugee Festival Scotland 2024

Art of Birdie was commissioned to create the visual identity and poster for Refugee Festival Scotland 2024. This annual event celebrates the contributions, resilience, and cultures of refugees and people seeking sanctuary in Scotland.

The Challenge
Our task was to design a visual identity that could capture the spirit of the festival - one of celebration, diversity, and unity - while also acknowledging the complex experiences of refugees. We needed to create a design that was both visually striking and deeply meaningful, capable of representing a wide range of cultures and experiences.
